35Years of the Fall of the Berlin Wall

Democracy doesn’t happen on its own — it requires active participation. Inspired by this year’s motto “Hold Freedom High!”, we designed a poster that invites interaction to reveal its full meaning. Unlike traditional posters that simply deliver a message, this concept transforms the poster into something that only comes to life when people engage with it. At first glance, the poster appears blank or incomplete. Only through interaction does the message “We Are What’s Written Here” reveal itself. It becomes a living metaphor: democracy, like the poster, only works when people actively take part.
